Role Description
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of client relationships, owning the delivery for our managed customers, and enabling our platform customers, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. You’ll deliver an exceptional client experience to drive success in our channel, working closely with the Sales Leads, creators, agents and internal teams to drive retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Your passion will inspire your clients, and you’ll lead campaigns with autonomy, confidence and polish, giving customers a seamless and elevated experience throughout their partnership with Vamp.
What You Bring to Vamp
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social and creators, loves building genuine relationships and knows how to run a tight ship. You are passionate about developing your client relationships beyond the transactional, to grow and nurture long-term relationships. You’re proactive, strategic and solutions-orientated, and clients naturally love working with you as an extension of their team.
* 3-5 years in Client Services, Influencer Marketing or Project Management
* A strong personal network within the PR, media or creator industry
* A deep understanding of influencer culture, social media platforms, trends, creator trends and the creator economy
* Proven success in building long-term client relationships
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* A customer-first mindset. You know how to keep clients happy, engaged and satisfied, even when things don’t go to plan!
* Highly organised and adaptable, able to juggle multiple projects and relationships in a fast-moving environment
* Strong initiative, equally comfortable working independently on tasks or collaborating with our strategic and collaborative team
* A problem solver with a strategic mindset, you love figuring out how to elevate campaign performance and the customer experience
* Experience in Creator Strategy or New Business Sales is a nice-to-have
