The Job Summary:
Due to continued success and growth, Wrightbus is currently recruiting Driveline Operatives.
Hours of Work: 4-day week, 38 hours
Day Shift 06:30-16:30
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fabrication and assembly of complex parts, sub-assemblies, and safety critical components for driveline chassis.
2. Interpreting complex parts and assembly drawings following verbal instructions.
3. Working efficiently across multiple operations whilst maintaining high quality workmanship.
4. Responsible for fitting and assembling chassis components to Wrightbus quality standards within the production process and adhering to strict production timelines.
5. Conducting quality checks, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company health and safety policies.
The Requirements:
1. Time served in a relevant discipline e.g. Fitter, Mechanic, Plumber (written confirmation required) OR 4 years chassis experience.
2. Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Demonstrate ability to read engineering drawings.
