Responsibilities * Develop and implement training programs for new and existing sales personnel. * Deliver training sessions on products, sales techniques, and customer service strategies. * Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to provide feedback and improve sales reps' performance. * Assess the training needs of the sales team and develop customized training plans accordingly. * Stay up to date with industry trends and changes to ensure training content is relevant and effective. * Collaborate with sales managers to identify areas of improvement and provide targeted training solutions. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and surveys and make adjustments as needed. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a training or coaching role. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service strategies. * Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their sales goals. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Proficiency in using training technologies and tools. * Ability to adapt training content to different learning styles and skill levels. * Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
