Pay starts from £12.45 per hour, increasing to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; roles with fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) are also available.
Availability windows: the table shows the preferred times in the week to be available. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide 3 weeks' notice of shifts. We aim to support flexibility, so if your available times closely match but do not exactly align with the advertised times, we would still love to hear from you.

* Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
* Put training into practice to work safely, effectively and to serve customers brilliantly.
* Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver routines in-store that meet customer needs.
* Take part in seasonal, community and charity events to create a great inclusive atmosphere.
* Understand store performance and the part you play in driving service, sales, reducing waste, shrinkage and delivering profit.
* Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
* Be yourself, live our values, make everyone feel welcome and follow our policies.
* From time to time, you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.
