1:1 Teaching Assistant - KS1 SEN Support - Outskirts of Market Rasen Location: Outskirts of Market Rasen Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Full-time, Temporary (September to December, with potential to extend) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate: £82 - £90 per day (depending on experience) Simply Education is looking to recruit a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a KS1 pupil with special educational needs (SEN) in a welcoming primary school on the outskirts of Market Rasen. This full-time role will begin in September and run until at least the end of the autumn term, with a possibility of continuing into the spring term. Role Responsibilities: Provide consistent 1:1 support to a KS1 learner with identified SEN Assist with academic tasks, emotional regulation, and social interaction Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCO to deliver personalised support Help implement EHCP targets and track progress Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment What We're Looking For: Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a 1:1 or small group setting Strong understanding of KS1 developmental and learning needs A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to support Good communication and teamworking skills A relevant TA qualification is beneficial but not essential Why Join Simply Education?
