On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis in their busy commercial property department.
You will need to manage your own caseload, which will include:
1. Commercial property sales and purchases
2. Drafting documents for property developments
3. Drafting commercial contracts and leases
4. Asset and share purchase agreements
5. Business leases
3 years + PQE is preferred but not essential.
