What You’ll Be Doing:
* Develop and deliver a 3-year facilities strategy aligned with business goals.
* Manage capital planning and projects – from budgeting to successful delivery.
* Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and minimal downtime.
* Lead vendor relationships including contracts, performance, and compliance.
* Drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality or safety.
* Implement preventive maintenance and emergency response plans for site reliability.
* Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and champion continuous improvement.
* Enhance and develop the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
* Foster a world-class culture within the Facilities Team.
What We’re Looking For:
* HNC/HND in Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
* Solid understanding of regulations (LOTO, PUWER, etc.) with NEBOSH / OSHA certification.
* Proven success in delivering CapEx programmes.
* Hands-on experience with CMMS and contractor control.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and operational excellence.
