Role Requirements (Please read before applying)

* Currently, or very recently, working in a PPC agency role
* Hands-on responsibility managing Google Ads accounts for eCommerce clients
The following backgrounds will not be considered:
* In-house only experience (without recent agency experience)
* Lead generation or non-eCommerce PPC
* Amazon Ads or marketplace-led PPC as a primary focus
* Broad or generalist digital marketing roles covering multiple channels (e.g. SEO, paid social, or non-Google Ads focused roles)
* Candidates stepping up from junior or specialist-level positions
* Account Managers without direct, hands-on Google Ads execution experience
Role Overview
This is a hands-on delivery role for a commercially intelligent and experienced PPC Manager who knows how to manage performance in complex e-commerce environments.
Youll lead day-to-day campaign execution, managing Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns, refining feed performance, and optimising accounts to deliver measurable profit.
Youll be the strategic and operational lead across your assigned portfolio of high-value clients, trusted to make performance decisions, guide client conversations, and solve problems quickly.
Working closely with the Head of Paid Search and company leadership, youll help drive account growth, strengthen delivery standards, and push our performance model forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day campaign delivery across a portfolio of high-value Google Ads clients, including Shopping, Performance Max, and Search
* Own performance across a portfolio of e-commerce accounts, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable profit aligned to JudeLuxes contribution-margin-led approach
* Optimise feed health and structure using platforms such as DataFeedWatch, Shoptimised, or similar, including diagnostics, disapprovals, and Merchant Centre configuration
* Analyse margin data and commercial KPIs (POAS, LTV, CAC, etc.) to design profit-first strategies aligned to client cost models and growth targets
* Build and evolve scalable account structures based on product type, margin tiers, and inventory strategy
* Conduct audits to identify bottlenecks and implement clear optimisation plans
* Present performance insights and recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
* Collaborate cross-functionally with the Head of Paid Search, senior leadership, operations, and technical partners to ensure delivery excellence
* Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, reporting frameworks, and knowledge-sharing across the team
Essential Experience & Attributes
* Proven experience fully owning and independently managing individual accounts with £10k+ monthly spend, and responsibility for client portfolios totalling £150k£200k+ per month
* 5+ years agency experience working specifically in Google Ads PPC for eCommerce clients
* At least 3+ years operating at a senior or manager level (e.g. PPC Manager, Senior PPC Manager) within an agency environment
* Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads, including Shopping, Performance Max, and feed-based campaign management
* Strong proficiency in Merchant Centre management, feed diagnostics, and product data optimisation using third-party tools
* Strong commercial understanding of contribution margin, POAS, LTV, and how these influence bidding and segmentation strategy
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, troubleshoot performance issues, and translate findings into actionable improvements
* Confident communicator who can lead client discussions, simplify complex data, and build trust
* Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, and campaign reporting in Google Sheets or similar
* Proactive, curious, and delivery-focused, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
* Experience line managing team members within an agency environment
* UK-based, with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client meetings and events (expenses covered)
