Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of residents rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
* Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
* Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine appearance throughout the premises.
* Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to residents requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
* Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 24 per week
