Please reach out for more information on this. About the role The Contracts Team is a fast-paced and demanding area of the business that is constantly evolving. We work with colleagues across the support office, supply chain and stores to ensure all services and GNFR goods are delivered within the specification of the contracts. We're looking for a Stocktake Specialist who will manage the contract for 2 stock take suppliers. You will also run all the operational activities to ensure Stores have a successful stocktake and accurately reporting the results to ensure we meet SOX compliance and audit compliance. This role is permanent, reporting to the Contracts Manager and working within the broader Central Operations function, you will play a critical role in ensuring all of our stores are prepared for their annual stocktakes and finance are accurately reporting stock take results. Fundamental in building and maintaining working relationships with the suppliers and internal stakeholders as well as internal and external auditors. The role is based on the support office campus (Beeston) but field-based applicant will be considered if they meet the right criteria. Monitor performance and contract delivery Review processes and improve efficiency Work with suppliers to bring in new innovations that add value Support with contract negotiations Operational delivery Run monthly Account Meetings Create the self-serve bank of communications for all business partners (BootsLive, SharePoint etc) Support the moving needs of the business through flexible working Be able to manage expectations of key stakeholders and communicate at all levels. What you’ll need to have Impact and influence skills at any level in the business both internally and externally Delivery and ownership of large Contracts High standard of verbal and written communication, with concern for order and quality Objective analysis of trends/performance Ability to analyse risks and how to mitigate against them. Hold people to account at a senior level. Work to deadline Negotiate resource time and commitment with stakeholders. Ability to both lead and work as a team Understands the challenges of a retail environment.
