Territory: Northwest of England (but there is a lot of work in the lower Northwest, hence they want someone living towards Manchester / Liverpool area, and not up further North)
Package:
* Salary: Up to £55k dependant on experience and background
* £15k bonus scheme in year 1,

The main aim and function of your role is to support customer accounts in the Northwest of England, working alongside the National Sales Manager, helping drive revenue across the region.
Company/Role Overview
* The client is a medical device company that is going from strength to strength and growing very well in the UK.
* The UK business is looking for a star of the future to help support the expanding business in the Northwest.
* The successful incumbent will have a defined career path with the goal of being developed to a senior sales role.
Responsibilities
* Covering the Northwest of the country, carrying out consignment checks in hospitals that use your company products and promoting the business across the region.
* You will also carry out some product delivery and collections, as required, along with carrying out case support.
* Theatre admin support – you will be interfacing between the National Sales Manager and head office to ensure surgeons have their required products available for upcoming cases.
* Case generation – working with surgical secretaries and theatre list coordinators to ensure you have a complete view of upcoming cases with active accounts.
* Lead generation – speaking with surgeons in active accounts to ensure they are aware of the products available to them, and to introduce them to RSM/BM or marketing team when detailed information is require.
* Training and awareness – Helping to provide product training to clinical / surgical staff.
* You will develop into a product expert with knowledge of the full product range, key reference sites and surgeons, and a strong level of clinical knowledge to cover all potential applications.
The Ideal Person:
* You need to be located within the Manchester / Liverpool or surrounding areas, this is to be suitably located to cover the territory.
* It is desirable to have a degree in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Physician Associate studies, ODP's or medicine etc, but this is not essential if you have the proven medical sales experience
* Any additional non-medical sales experience with demonstrable results would be beneficial, but not essential.
* You must be keen to develop into a medical device sales professional and be happy to be dynamic in terms of last-minute diary changes!
* You need a strong can-do attitude with the desire to over-achieve
* It's vital that you have the ability to work independently and apply critical thinking to solve problems!
* As expected, you need very good time management, be elf motivated and hungry for success.
* It's important that you have the ability to forge strong relationships quickly with multiple stakeholders and bring them together.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills are needed, along with the tenacity to follow up and resolve outstanding matter.
* You must have full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship, now or in future (sorry, no sponsorship available)
* It's essential that you live in the Manchester, Liverpool or surrounding areas, or you're willing to relocate at your own expense
