We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Duties:
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the establishment
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure exceptional customer service
- Oversee food preparation and production to maintain high-quality standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, production, and culinary techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
