* Experience or exposure to HR recruitment processes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
* Commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities
* Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines
So, what will you be doing?
* Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, offering timely and commercially focused advice
* Preparing HR documentation to ensure compliance with employment legislation
* Coordinating recruitment activity, including job adverts, interviews and candidate shortlisting
* Managing pre-employment checks such as DBS, credit checks and references
* Overseeing induction and onboarding to ensure a positive joining experience
* Acting as the internal expert for HR systems and escalating system-related queries where required
* Working with finance to ensure payroll and bonus processes are accurate and timely
* Partnering with an outsourced HR provider to support delivery of the people strategy
