Administrative Assistant, Alternative Education Provision - Farm Club Ltd is seeking a highly organised and capable Administrative Assistant who must have experience in project management administrative support and personal assistant administrative support to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our Alternative Provision.

Farm Club offers interim high dependency support to primary and secondary age students who are struggling to engage socially and academically in the classroom environment. High dependency provision at Farm Club is reflective of our staff ratios, the needs and requirements of the child and their families, as well as the approach that is taken to reintegrate a young person back into mainstream or specialist schooling. As a high dependency provision, we are able to supply outstanding resources, a tailored curriculum and dedicate unwavering time and attention to the children in our care, with careful consideration of the level of need required for each individual.

Administration and Operations
* Manage daily administrative tasks across multiple sites
* Handle correspondence, phone calls, and enquiries professionally
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing
* Prepare reports and manage scheduling
* Support with project management
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office function and the running of the sites
Staffing and Recruitment
* Administration of the onboarding of new employees
* Part of the safer recruitment team
Compliance and Safeguarding
* Compliant with policies and procedures
* Safeguarding the students in attendance at Farm Club
* Events and personal relations
* Assist in organising meetings and events.
* Provide an excellent service and level of care to professionals, parents and visitors
Qualifications
* Proven experience in administration
* Experience supporting the management of projects
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Previous experience in education or Alternative Provision is advantageous
All the staff working at Farm Club provide support to the students journey, from the Head Office team who manage all the administration, recruitment and admissions documentation, to those working in student facing roles. Farm Club is a space for children to learn to understand the importance of following rules and instructions, to work on their ability to emotionally regulate, to receive help and support with communication difficulties, to build an appetite for learning and development and to be supported to develop their social integration and communication skills.
Hours of Work
We are looking to recruit for a 30 hour per week position
The opportunity for working hours is term time only (39 weeks of the year with an additional 5.6 weeks holiday pay, equating to 44.6 paid weeks per year)
The working hours available are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 15:30 (with an unpaid 30 minute break)

Must have a minimum of 2 year's administrative experience in project management support and personal assistant support.
