Legal Counsel - Commercial – Fashion sector - London – Hybrid
Our client is a fast-growing luxury fashion brand.
This fun, social and very successful retail business is looking for a new Commercial Legal Counsel to join their team in the London office.
This is such an exciting time to join this popular brand as they expand internationally.
You will report directly to the GC and be involved in the international and domestic commercial matters and the establishing of the legal function.
As a generalist commercial lawyer with at least 5 years’ experience, you will be interested in the fashion retail sector and be confident working on corporate, commercial brand, technology, and compliance matters.
You may be involved in
* managing online brand protection programmes;
* ad hoc legal projects and participating in new store roll outs;
* advising on general compliance matters;
* leading the trial and procurement of legal tech and AI tools;
* assisting with corporate governance and company secretarial matters; and
* supporting the business as it continues to expand internationally.
