One of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to be part of the team at Hadleigh Training Centre Essex. Hadleigh Training Centre has been providing training opportunities since 1990 for adults with additional support needs. There are currently approximately 160 trainees who attend the training centre, following personalised pathways to meet a range of outcomes. All training is designed to maximise progression opportunities, whether this be in particular vocational skills, or transferable life skills such as motivation, self-esteem and confidence. Key Responsibilities: The Training Centre Assistant Manager will be responsible for understanding and actively monitoring all contractual and other relevant compliance requirements of all trainee funded placements. You will also be required to act as lead on the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure these contractual requirements are met and recorded. This will include developing guidance materials and delivering training as required in order to support the HTC team. You will oversee operational monitoring of expenditure and income against the agreed set HTC budget and provide regular reporting on financial performance. The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate: A passion for developing and delivering transformative training programmes, with strong previous experience of having worked successfully in a similar role supporting the learning of adults with additional support needs. Strong previous experience of successfully delivering training programmes ensuring all contractual requirements are fully met. A strong understanding of adult social care funding streams, with demonstrable strong ability to monitor expenditure against budgets, and deliver accurate and timely financial reporting as required.
