Support Role for Senior Executive
We are seeking a proactive and efficient individual to provide support to our senior executive in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities, and demonstrate trustworthiness with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
* Proactively fully manage and coordinate the executive's diary, ensuring effective time management.
* Arrange travel and accommodation for the executive and other staff, creating detailed itineraries as required.
* Sort and file the executive's expenses.
This role requires in-person support for the executive, so you will be expected to be in the office five days a week as needed.
You will also be responsible for:
* Assisting with any office management and facilities work as required.
* Providing full personal assistant support, including drafting correspondence, attending meetings, and taking minutes as required.
* Undertaking administrative tasks for the executive.
