Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing technical Pensions Administration services to clients, calculating, and processing scheme benefits.
2. Training and mentoring junior team members to develop their knowledge and skills.
3. Checking and authorizing work of other team members.
4. Applying benefit structures, trust deeds & rules, and legislation.
5. Supporting the Administration Manager to meet departmental deadlines.
6. Managing projects effectively.
7. Handling queries from HMRC and DWP, and liaising with clients, scheme actuaries, and third parties.
8. Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
9. Responding to technical queries from members via phone, email, and letter.
