About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager at Evinova, you will directly manage projects of all complexity levels, ensuring successful delivery through project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and agile execution. This role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, can navigate complex clinical operations and development landscapes, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate combines project management expertise with an understanding of digital health ecosystems. The role requires someone who can effectively manage projects by coordinating teams, resolving dependencies and issues, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and driving progress to keep delivery on track. You will look for practical, win-win solutions and motivate teams to achieve project goals in line with agreed plans.
What You'll Do
* Deliver multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Develop detailed project plans, ensuring clear accountability, dependencies, and milestones.
* Act as the primary operational point of contact for internal and customer stakeholders on assigned projects.
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customer project stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and communication.
* Own reporting and risk tracking for your project, providing clear, accurate, and timely updates to internal leadership and customer stakeholders.
* Be the face of your project; willing to pick up the phone, deliver tough messages with empathy, and win customer confidence through credibility, clarity, and consistency.
* Operate within the bounds of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11), with a strong understanding of Clinical Operations and Development.
* Maintain a commercial mindset, ensuring your projects deliver value for both Evinova and customers.
* Capture lessons learned and implement continuous improvements across the project management function.
* Champion change initiatives by following change management best practices and aligning project outcomes with strategic objectives, product releases and cross-functional teams through complex transitions
About You
You are highly organized, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy. You have experience in managing projects for enterprise customers and a foundational understanding of clinical operations. You thrive in customer-facing roles and are passionate about improving healthcare through technology.
Essential for this role
* Proven understanding of clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements, including SaaS implementations and delivery.
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* PMP certification, and/or equivalent project management accreditation preferred.
* Extensive project management experience, with considerable experience in digital or technology project leadership roles.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust across diverse global teams.
* Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to deliver tough messages empathetically and maintain positive relationships.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience managing project scope, contracts, and budgets.
