The Role
This is a fast‑paced, detail‑driven role where you'll support both the Key Account Manager and Buying Team, ensuring projects run smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Send and manage supplier enquiries (RFQs) and collate quotations
* Prepare and raise client quotations and costings
* Review drawings/specs to take off materials and create schedules
* Raise and manage purchase orders via internal systems
* Analyse and negotiate supplier pricing to ensure best value
* Build strong relationships with suppliers, site teams & project managers
* Coordinate and manage project documentation & handover packs
* Upload and manage project data using systems like Procore / CRM tools
* Monitor timelines and flag delays or issues proactively
* Support with invoice queries, payments and reconciliation
* Assist with tenders, PQQ submissions and general commercial admin
* Provide day-to-day support to the Key Account Manager
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a sales admin, purchasing, buying or procurement role
* Background in construction, fit‑out, hospitality or similar sectors (ideal but not essential)
* Strong skills in Excel, CRM systems and administration
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and numeracy
* Confident communicator who can manage suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Able to work in a fast‑paced, project-driven environment
* Bonus points if you've used systems like Procore or Construction Manager
