They pride themselves on delivering expert advice, innovative technology, and outstanding customer service. As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to support a team of field-based security engineers and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day service operations. Service Coordinator – Role and Responsibilities: * Acting as the main point of contact between clients and field engineers * Logging and scheduling reactive and planned service jobs * Allocating work to engineers based on location, skillset, and availability * Communicating job updates and resolutions to clients in a timely manner * Raising purchase orders and sourcing parts as needed for service jobs * Assisting with preparing service quotations and follow-up work * Approving and processing engineer timesheets * Preparing draft Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) * Organising work-related travel including hotel, flight, and parking bookings * Requesting permits and ensuring compliance with client/site access requirements * Compiling and maintaining service reports and documentation * Supporting the maintenance of industry accreditation standards * Full training provided on internal systems and procedures Service Coordinator – Skills and Experience Required: * Proven experience in a similar Service Coordinator or Service Desk role * Previous experience in the security or engineering industry preferred * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask * A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset * Experience using service management or scheduling software is an advantage Benefits of the Service Coordinator Position: * Competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience) * Private healthcare (after 6 months’ probation) * Pension scheme (after 3 months of employment) * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Career development opportunities within a growing company If you are a motivated and organised individual with a background in coordinating engineers or service teams, we would love to hear from you
