HSE Engineer – Kingston upon Thames

About the Role: We’re hiring an HSE Engineer to join our clients growing team supporting the BP NEP / NZT Carbon Capture Project and future energy transition projects. This is an office-based role (not site-based), focused heavily on auditing, compliance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage subcontractor HSE documentation and supplier registers
* Develop and maintain project HSE deliverables
* Lead risk assessments and HSE readiness reviews
* Conduct internal audits and lead investigations
* Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory HSE requirements
* Support and coordinate the Country Emergency Response Team
What We’re Looking For
* Education: Degree-level qualification + NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification
* Experience: 2–4 years with an IMCA contractor
* Certifications: Auditor and investigation certification
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of IOGP and IMCA standards
* Bonus: Maritime or offshore experience
