We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Specialist to support the growth of our Sterile Goods Management (SGM) portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, field-based role, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving sales success across your region.

Key Details:

* Location: Field Based, North West England & Wales
* Working Hours: 40 Hours Weekly
* Contract: Permanent

Your main responsibilities:

* Achieving sales targets through effective and repeatable strategies.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
* Collaborating closely with team colleagues and internal stakeholders.
* Attending exhibitions, meetings, demonstrations, and workshops, both locally and nationally.
* Developing and maintaining a documented business development plan in Salesforce.
* Recording all sales activity and opportunities accurately in Salesforce.
* Staying informed on market trends and competitor activity to support forecasting and planning.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies for product quality complaints and adverse event reporting.

What you need to succeed:

* A proven track record of selling to the NHS within a theatre environment
* A confident communicator with a passion for building new relationships
* A competitive and driven mindset
* A full UK driving license
