About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Clinical Lead to join our Primary Care team at HMP Ford, a category D Prison in Ford. This is an exciting time to be part of an integrated and friendly team who are currently planning and embedding the integrated pathway around release and transfer, early days custody and unscheduled care.
Working Monday to Friday 08:00am - 18:00. Weekend cover where required to support team holidays.
Salary
Annual salary up to £58,012 per annum FTE – depending on experience.

Key responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and management to the registered nurses and care teams.
* Deputise on behalf of the Deputy/Head of Healthcare when required.
* Work closely with partners to maintain a robust, high quality clinical service for patients.
* Model a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication and competence.
* Coach, line manage and develop clinician staff; support and contribute in undertaking audits and governance and contribute to developing and reviewing clinical/non clinical Local Operating Protocols for the site.
* Chair and facilitate specific healthcare meetings with the team and different partners, provide clinical supervision and carry investigations locally and for the wider region.
