Business Development Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated Land & New Homes Business Development Consultant to complement our Divisional team covering a large area from Sussex to Birmingham. The main purpose of this role is to generate new business meetings with landowners and developers throughout the Division.

Key responsibilities of a Land & New Homes Business Development Consultant
To forge and develop relationships with landowners and developers in the Region
Generate new business meetings for the team
Support the Managerial Team in the pursuit of new opportunities
Be aware of any new sites in the region and evaluate potential opportunities for the company

Skills and experience required to be a successful Land & New Homes Business Development Consultant
Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder / developer or Estate Agency or experience such as Estate Agent, Residential Sales or Lettings
Able to build relationships and deliver results in a target driven environment
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
