Job Title: Registered Nurse
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and independent Registered Nurse with solid operational experience and a flexible, enthusiastic, can-do attitude. In this role, you will lead and support services across care homes, ensuring key business and compliance targets are met, and service improvements are effectively managed.
You will develop audit and assurance plans, drive improvement plans in response to investigations, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards to guarantee the continued success of the Care Homes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with current managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Review existing systems and processes across the care homes
* Assess clinical versus non-clinical staffing requirements for each establishment
* Develop and implement a comprehensive audit and assurance framework
* Create a single action plan for improvements, including milestones, outcome measures, and resource needs
* Provide clinical supervision to registered nursing staff
* Lead the implementation plan for nursing registration and compliance requirements
Essential Requirements
* Registered Nurse with NMC registration
* Proven operational experience managing care home services
* Strong leadership skills with a practical, hands-on approach
* Flexible, enthusiastic, and able to work independently
* Experience in audit, compliance, and quality improvement
* Ability to collaborate effectively with existing management teams
