Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
* Providing administrative support to mortgage advisors
* Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with lenders, clients and third parties
* Supporting the end-to-end mortgage application process
* Ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry regulations
* Prioritising workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
About You
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Motivated with a desire to build a career in financial services
* Previous mortgage or financial services experience (preferred but not essential)
* Willingness to study towards relevant qualifications
