Technical Sales Engineer
Hours of Work:
Full-time, permanent role ( office-based ) 8am – 4pm
Salary:
£28,000 - £32,000 per year, dependent upon experience

Day to Day Duties:
Liaise with existing customers to understand and interpret their requirements
Respond to incoming enquiries by recommending appropriate products
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations
Provide product support, documentation, and advice
Offer design and technical support for both existing and custom products
Identify and establish new business opportunities and potential new products
Collaborate with team members and suppliers
Continuously develop a broad range of skills within the company
Essential Skills:

Commercial awareness
Computer literacy
Desirable Skills:
Previous technical sales experience (training will be provided)
Ability to use CAD software
Familiarity with industrial flow control and filtration products, including modular and bespoke valve systems used in fluid management and filtration applications across various industries
Training:
Training and familiarisation with company product range will be provided
Opportunity to develop knowledge and involvement in all aspects of the business as skills grow
Education and Experience:
Essential
HNC/HND/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 1 year of work experience in an engineering or technical role
Desirable:
Experience in technical sales
Ability to use CAD software
