We're looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join the Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks water team based in Wanlip, Leicestershire.
Location: Wanlip, Leicestershire.
Hours: 45 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you'll support the Severn Trent Water team in the successful mechanical delivery of the Wanlip wastewater treatment works.
Your Day To Day Will Include
* Authoring technical scopes of work.
* Undertaking gap analysis on tender submissions.
* Compiling mechanical design RFIs.
* Identifying and resolving interface issues within the mechanical D&B packages.
* Creating digital quality records and red line mark-ups.
What are we looking for?
This role is suitable for you if:
* You have experience delivering wastewater M&E projects.
* You are proficient in working with Revit models.
* You can perform digital mark-ups during design development and redlining upon construction completion.
* You have knowledge of SWIFTs, HAZOPs, and ALM related to mechanical equipment.
* You can challenge poor practice and quality within Kier and the supply chain.
