What You’ll Do as a Residential Care Worker: Build positive, supportive relationships with young people up to 18. Assist with daily routines such as self-care, household tasks, and emotional wellbeing. Participating in school life and leading educational and life skills activities Encourage development through structured activities, education support, and community engagement. Promote independence and choice while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Work as part of a team to deliver care plans, track progress, and communicate with families and professionals. Follow a shift pattern (with sleep-ins) Part-time options (60, 90, or 120 hrs/month) as well as full time options (Sleep-ins required) Essential Requirements: Full UK Manual Driving Licence Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help. A calm and reliable nature in challenging situations Willingness to complete (fully funded) QCF Level 3 training A true passion for supporting and inspiring children to thrive.
