HR Advisor/ConsultantNorthamptonSalary - up to £35kACS Staffing Solutions are recruiting an HR Advisor/Consultant on a permanent basis to join our locally based client in supporting SME clients. Key expertise, skills, and attributes required are:
* At least 3 years’ experience in HR with up to date working knowledge of employment legislation and case law
* Worked in SME’s, responsible for all aspects of HR
* Used to dealing with people management challenges
* ER Casework, Investigations, Disciplinary, Dispute Resolution, Absence management
* Managed complex disciplinary, and grievance cases
* Not risk averse, with the ability to advise leadership on best course of action
* Tribunal Case Management / Hearings – an advantage but not essential
* Commercial approach with knowledge of how business operates
* An open and inquisitive mind
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Agility to manage multiple clients and stakeholders
* Resilient and resourceful
* Most important, sense of humour
* Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified
