Beauty Therapist Level 3 - Zero Hours - This role will include weekend working.
Salon Opening Hours - Monday 9:30-3:30, Tuesday 9:30-5:30, Wednesday 9:30-5:30, Thursday 9:30 - 7pm, Friday 9:30 - 6:30, Saturday 9-5, Sunday 11-4. The successful candidate will be required to work within these hours on a flexible rota basis.

Our established Manor Health and Beauty Club offers a range of male and female treatments including massages, facials, manicure and pedicure including shellac, waxing, spray tans, and Pamper Packages. We also have a fully equipped gym, two saunas and a hydrotherapy hot tub. We are proud to be Elemis accredited, and the successful candidate would ideally be Elemis trained, however full training can be provided if needed.
Due to continued success, we are looking for a confident, positive and pro-active Beauty Therapist to join our experienced and dedicated team.
About your role as Beauty Therapist:
You will assist in the day to day running of the Club, including reception duties such as taking bookings, phone calls and carrying out daily tasks and cleaning schedules to aid the smooth running of the club.
· Candidates must have a hands on approach and be experienced in all treatments and services the Health & Beauty Salon provides. Candidates will already have previous experience of at least 1 year and be friendly and approachable.
· Assist in the day to day operations of the Health & Beauty Club
· Be flexible to respond to a range of different work situations
· Carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards
· Ensure client experience is exemplary including bookings, payments, consultation cards and all necessary paperwork
· Liaise with other team members and other hotel departments
· Ensure customers and guests receive friendly and consistent personalised service
· Maintain awareness of department security related to cash, stock and equipment and ensure all department procedures are followed
· Ensure health, safety and COSHH regulations are complied with and Health & Beauty Club rules are observed by members, clients and guests. This includes the daily maintenance of our Hot Tub chemical balance, alongside our maintenance team.
What you need to apply for this role:
· Be a qualified Beauty Therapist (NVQ Level 3 or above)
· Be a team player, who is outgoing, hard working, willing, punctual, flexible and reliable.
· A focus on excelling in treatment administration and customer service is paramount.
· Be Elemis Trained (preferable but not essential, as full training can be provided)
· Be CND Shellac trained (preferable but not essential, as full training can be provided)
· Be able to work under pressure
· Have excellent grooming standards
