Sphere Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join an award-winning, highly respected UK main contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across the Bristol area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Project Manager or Contracts Manager from a well-known main contractor background who is looking to step into a stable, long-term role with genuine progression prospects.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of 2–3 key projects locally, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Projects are based within the Bristol region, ensuring a strong work-life balance with minimal travel.
Key responsibilities include:

Overall management and coordination of multiple construction projects
*
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
*
Managing Project Managers, site teams and subcontractors
*
Maintaining strong client relationships and stakeholder communication
*
Overseeing health & safety, commercial performance and programme delivery
About You
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager
*
Background working for a recognised main contractor
*
Strong leadership, organisational and commercial skills
*
Experience delivering projects across multiple sites concurrently
*
Based within commutable distance of Bristol
