We are recruiting for an Office/ Accounts Administrator to join a well established fishing wholesale company based in Grimsby. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am-2pm offering a salary of between £27,000 and £28,000 per annum (Pro Rata). This Accounts Administrator role offers a unique blend of administrative and accounts responsibilities, providing a dynamic and fulfilling work environment. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your day-to-day tasks will include: • Managing telephone calls, directing them appropriately, and handling messages and enquiries. • Sorting and distributing incoming correspondence, including post and emails. • Updating the client database with accurate information and maintaining their CRM portal. • Coordinating training sessions for service partners and managing related communications. • Processing incoming invoices, ensuring approvals, and following up on client payments. • Supporting spares order processing and other administrative duties as needed.
