Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners. Inspire and challenge students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, ensuring that every child has the support they need to succeed. Collaborate with a supportive teaching team across the school/company cluster to share resources and best practices. Contribute to extracurricular activities such as lunch time clubs etc Responsible for the pastoral wellbeing of a tutor group and being the main point of contact for parents on a daily basis. Line management of TA s within your team. What We re Looking For: Full Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Strong subject knowledge within your subject areas as well the potential to deliver a range of foundational subjects Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment where our young peoples individual needs are met. Strong knowledge of Autism, ADHD, PDA and associated cooccurring mental health diagnosis. Knowledge of PBS and Team Teach approaches is preferable. High levels of resilience and compassion. A proactive, creative approach to teaching, with a commitment to driving student progress.
