About the role
You’ll be part of our Customer Success team, helping new customers set up and get the most out of Paiger – our business development platform for recruiters.
It’s a hands-on role where you’ll:
* Onboard new customers, run setup calls, and make sure they see value fast
* Build relationships with agency owners and recruiters across the UK and beyond
* Train users on how to use Paiger for business development, content and automation
* Liaise with our product and support teams to make onboarding seamless
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in recruitment (agency) but is ready for a new challenge
* Enjoys talking to people and building relationships
* Is organised, proactive, and comfortable running client sessions
* Can manage multiple projects at once and stay calm under pressure
Our office is in Loughton, Essex – right by the Central Line.
You’ll be in the office 4 days a week, with 1 day a week from home.
