As HR Business Partner you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting workforce planning, and driving organizational change initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing insightful HR guidance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and collaborate on strategic HR and talent management initiatives.
2. Provide expertise and support in all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
3. Lead and manage organizational restructures, terminations, and other complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
4. Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and promote a positive workplace culture.
