About You:
We're seeking dynamic business development associates to elevate our sales efforts. As a BDA, you'll spearhead the identification of new business opportunities, foster relationships with potential clients, and seal deals to expand our business and clientele.
The Role:
* Outbound/new business: Warm leads
* Sales Pipeline Management: Ensure timely and successful deal closures.
* Customized Solutions: Tailor packages to fit client needs, including offering engaging online demos.
* Client Onboarding: Take ownership of welcoming new clients to the HS Direct family.
* Upselling: Capitalize on opportunities to expand services to existing clients.
* Target Achievement: Work towards and surpass set targets.
* Exceptional Customer Experience: Ensure every potential client receives top-notch service.
* CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
