Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Eastleigh for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, cost planning, cost management, BOQ (Bills of Quantities), and cost reporting. The individual will work closely with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Planning
* Experience in Cost Management and Cost Reporting
* Knowledge of BOQ (Bills of Quantities)
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
* Professional membership such as RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or similar is advantageous
* Relevant work experience in the construction or civil engineering sector
