Commercial Contracts Manager – Permanent
We are partnering with a leading high-technology organisation to recruit a Commercial Contracts Manager. This is a critical role within the business, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to strategic objectives and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the negotiation of commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and full contractual compliance.
2. Manage the complete Route to Contract, including the bidding process, proposal generation, and contract negotiations, while maintaining business viability.
3. Oversee contract delivery, including amendments, reviewing deliverables, and agreeing acceptance criteria.
4. Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and closeout processes.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFARS.
6. Identify and mitigate contract-related risks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual matters, liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners.
8. Provide regular reporting to senior management on contract status, risks, and significant issues.
