As an Early Years Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with nurseries and early years providers
* Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates
* Driving sales activity to grow your desk and hit revenue targets
* Managing the full recruitment cycle with professionalism and pace
* Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
What We're Looking For
* A passion for education and making a difference
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Sales experience would be great or a commercial mindset with a drive to succeed
* Experience of working within Early Years would be advantageous
* Resilience, adaptability, and a team-first attitude
* Previous recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential
