Qualifications
* Professional qualification: MCABE, MCIOB, MRICS (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in Building Surveying and Condition Surveys
* Knowledge of Dilapidation tasks
* Skills in Feasibility Studies and Contract Management
* A proactive approach and ability to work as part of a collaborative team
