Job Description
About the role:
Either as part of a Professional Services Consultancy team or working alone, a Consultant will deliver a range of Consultancy services that relate to the development and implementation of innovative and effective solutions for Fusion's customers as well as providing reliable advice to Fusion's customers. Consultancy services will be based on Fusion's implementation philosophy and strategy and will take advantage of Fusion's range of solutions and services.
Tasks/Activities:
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on their projects
Configure and develop the BMC Products and integrations as per requirements
Install, configure and Integrate BMC products and customer solutions
Interact and communicate with customers to drive client value
Provide Ad-Hoc consultancy advice and guidance as
Understand the business use of configurations vs. customisations
Understand the downstream uses and impact of any configuration in follow-on reporting and interface applications
Work in a pressurised development and customer environment
Work with Project Management Office procedures
Perform some user acceptance testing
Work closely with Fusion Customers, PreSales and other FPS team members
Work as part of project team to help deliver a successful project

Qualifications/Certifications:
ITIL4 Foundation
Certified Professional (or equivalent capability) in relevant Technology (Desirable)
