What you’ll do
The Victoria Mobile Programme is a large multi-million pound, multi-year change programme. The objective is to develop our Oracle ‘CCS’ (Customer Centric Stack) CRM and billing platform to support all our larger mobile customers and to migrate their accounts from the current Amdocs ‘Crystal/Gemini’ platform.
The Product Owner is a key member of the Victoria Mobile programme. They lead the design of a portfolio of new capabilities on the CCS making sure that all functionality essential to supporting the legacy Libra base is designed on time.
You will acquire a detailed knowledge of the capabilities of the legacy system and assesses them against what is available already in the CCS. Applying a simplification mindset you will lead cross-functional teams to identify the essential elements of functionality required for the customer journeys in their remit. You are responsible for ensuring that the designs of the new capabilities make the sales and service operation more efficient.
In this role you will manage a set of senior stakeholders to ensure all decisions underpinning designs are agreed by all relevant parties. Ultimately the Product Owner makes the final decision on any topic under their remit.
