Ellisons Solicitors is a top 200 UK law firm, and one of the region’s oldest, most established and fastest growing, with a team of over 260 colleagues, including 35 partners. The firm has several offices located across Essex and Suffolk. We are a member of the Alliott Global Alliance (a worldwide alliance of independent professional firms).
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Legal Secretary to join Team Ellisons, based at our Colchester office. You will be working as part of a very busy Commercial Property team and must have the ability to prioritise a high workload with tight deadlines.
The role requires the need to be self-motivated, flexible, and well organised to ensure an excellent standard of service to our clients is provided and maintained. A strong aptitude for working with data and software packages and document production is essential. You will have experience of working on a case management system and if you are currently working in the role of a secretary within commercial property, that would be advantageous.
