A global name in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Program or Project Manager to join the business at an exciting time of growth and development.
This is a permanent role and a great opportunity to join an expanding organisation.
They would also consider someone from a similar CDMO/CRO background doing some project management as part of their current role and would like to pursue this area further.
The Role
1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously
2. Project review to ensure deadlines are met and projects are within budget
3. Liaise with all departments involved in the project and provide a consistent approach to processes and solutions
4. Manage the full project life cycle
5. Contribute to improvements for processes and implement change for future projects
6. Facilitate client meetings
Your Skills
7. Degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline is preferred
8. Previous industry experience within project management or related field
9. GMP experience would be highly beneficial
10. Excellent communication and customer facing skills
11. Strong organisational skills
12. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
13. A Project Management qualification would be beneficial but is not essential and my client will support training and development in this area
