This is a first for the Early Years Sector. You will join us as the Facilities Administrator based at our Head Office on a full-time basis working 37.5 hours a week, all-year-round. We are seeking a very special person to join us in this support role. Someone who: Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer care, has experience working in a similar position and is a confident and effective communicator (verbal and written). Is a competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, who has some experience of using computer-based systems and databases Is able to support our nurseries with coordinating, scheduling, and tracking repairs and maintenance tasks. Can assist the nursery teams with sourcing quotes from suppliers. Is able to receive, file and track all existing and new maintenance certification and documents per site, chasing for missing information where applicable. Has experience of sourcing new maintenance and cleaning contractors. Thrives in a busy, team-orientated, customer-focused environment, and can effectively meet the administration needs of the nursery and successfully manage their own workload to meet deadlines.
