Job Title:Sales Order Processing AdministratorDept: NI Sales TeamReport to: NI Sales ManagerEssential Criteria: A minimum of 2 years work experience in an office environment, preferably production based.Strong administrative background, ideally in order processing, customer service, or sales support.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.Experience working with logistics or supply chain teams is an advantage.Good ability to work with others and a positive attitude.Key Tasks:Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systemsVerify pricing before confirming orders.Maintain accurate ERP data, including stock adjustments, order amendments, and production updates.Support invoicing and credit control by ensuring correct billing information and documentation.Provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times.Participate in all job training and coaching.Identify opportunities to improve procedures and enhance the customer service experience.Adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times.Ensure good working relations are maintained with colleagues at all times.Ensure that absenteeism and tardiness are kept to a minimum.Ensure that company policies are adhered to at all times within the department, this includes the Equal Opportunities Policy, Harassment Policy, Health and Safety Policy and Training Policy.Any other reasonable duties requested.Personal Attributes:Organised.Customer-focused with a positive attitude.Team player who collaborates well across departments.Adaptable and comfortable working with changing priorities.Based: The successful candidate will be based in Strabane Hours: 39 hour working week.WHJS1_NI
