What You’ll Do As an Electrical Site Manager, you’ll: Oversee and supervise all electrical works on New Installations sites Work hands on in conjunction with supervisors to ensure safe and efficient operation Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to site teams Assist the Installation Team Manager and Operations Manager in day to day people management issues on site Liaise directly with the Project Engineer/Manager to ensure timely delivery Instil a core embracement of Powersystems’ values of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing in site operators What We’re Looking For – Site Management 3 Years of site management experience on complex electrical installations Successful completion of SMSTS training Ability to quickly build report with and respect from site employees Electrical Qualifications or Experience is desirable New installation in the Energy Sector experience is advantageous Full UK driving license & Right to Work in the UK What’s in It for You?
