Procurement Manager (UK & Ireland) – Glasgow

Flexible on GTUK location – hybrid working, and we support flexible hours and job shares to balance work and life.
Responsibilities
* Lead indirect spend projects across the business and influence key stakeholders to define new procurement strategies that deliver value and risk mitigation.
* Drive continual improvement of procurement policies and processes, including third‑party due diligence and risk management, to partner with quality organisations that support our values.
* Increase the visibility of procurement and identify opportunities to drive business performance.
* Adapt traditional procurement processes to a more agile entrepreneurial environment by working with service‑line leaders.
* Support the firm’s ESG strategy, including SBTi commitments and supplier diversity programmes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and finance colleagues to meet business objectives within budget.
* Ensure accuracy of procurement data (contracts database, spend data, activity tracker).
Qualifications
Minimum criteria: extensive experience working in indirect procurement with the ability to translate procurement best practice into policies and processes.
* Great communicator and relationship builder.
* Commercially astute, proactive and proven negotiation experience.
* Ideally experienced in professional services, partnerships, or financial services.
* Experience in supplier management, third‑party assurance, and risk management.
* Experience in ESG & I&D within the supply chain.
* Experience in Digital & IT procurement, ideally software and hardware.
